My father was assaulted by two Wagner police officers, who used excessive force on a elderly man who was trying to make it to see his dying mother in her last moments! How can they get Away with assaulting him and tazer him while he was already restrained?? Totally uncalled for! They could have killed my Dad by tazing him! How much trouble is a 64 year old man trying to make it to his dying mother!
